Manage Room Settings

Pro Tip! Use tags to categorize your rooms for quick access later. While tags are not visible to visitors, they are a powerful tool for internal searches.

Customizing your sales room begins with adjusting its key settings:

  • Deal Status: Mark the room status as In Progress, Won, Lost, Gone Silent, or None to reflect the current stage.

  • Conversation Area: Enable or disable conversations depending on whether you want visitors to interact directly in the room.

  • Members: Hide the member and invitee lists from visitors for added privacy.

  • Invitation Reminders: Set up reminders for unaccepted invitations, with the default being three days after the initial invite.

Customize Visuals and Language

Tailor the room’s appearance and language to create a seamless experience for your clients:

  • Theme: Select a predefined theme to match your branding. Themes can be added or modified under Organisation > Themes.

  • Language: Adjust the room's display language via Preferences > Language, or set personal language preferences under Settings > Preferences > Default Language. If you switch languages, remember to manually update folder titles and text for consistency.

Advanced Features and Maintenance

Optimize the functionality and security of your sales room with these tools:

  • Preview Link: Generate a preview link to share with colleagues for internal review without affecting room activity or visibility. You can track clicks and regenerate the link as needed.

  • CRM Integration: If your organization uses CRM integration, link the sales room for streamlined data management.

  • Deactivate or Delete Room: Deactivate a room to block visitor access temporarily, or permanently delete it when no longer needed.

By mastering these features, you can ensure your sales room meets the unique needs of each client and project.
