To request signatures from a folder, use the three dots next to the folder name and select Request signatures.

Select Signable Documents:

Mark any documents requiring signatures as To be signed.

Additional files in the folder will be included as attachments.

Note: Signable documents must be in PDF format, but attachments can be in any format.

Choose Signers:

Select room members (visitors, editors, or owners) or add external signers using their email addresses.
