Accessing and Navigating the Dashboard

  1. Access the Dashboard:

    • Open the Dashboard by clicking the Noux arrow in the top-right corner of your digital salesroom.

    • Select Open Dashboard from the dropdown menu to view all your salesrooms in one place.

  2. Navigating the Dashboard:

    • The Dashboard displays a list of all your active digital salesrooms.

    • You can easily navigate between them and access detailed insights about each room.

 

Filtering and Organizing Salesrooms

 

Pro Tip! Combine multiple filters, such as company name and deal status, to quickly focus on the most relevant salesrooms.

  1. Filter by Company Name:

    • Enter a company name in the Filters section to display only the salesrooms associated with that company. Clear the filter to see all available rooms.

  2. Filter by Editor:

    • Select salesrooms based on the assigned editor. You can filter by specific editors, multiple editors, or just your own rooms.

  3. Filter by Tags:

    • Use tags to quickly filter and organize your salesrooms for easier searchability.

  4. Filter by Visit Status:

    • Narrow your view by the visit status of the salesrooms, such as draft, invited, active, or deactivated.

  5. Filter by Deal Status:

    • Organize rooms by deal progress, such as in progress, won, completed, or none.

Managing Your Digital Salesrooms

  1. Add a New Digital Salesroom:

    Click the Add New Room button to create a new salesroom. Set it up from scratch or choose to duplicate an existing room.

  2. View Salesroom Details:

    For each listed salesroom, you can easily see:

      • Associated tags under the room name.

      • The total number of invited participants and how many have visited (editor visits are excluded).

      • Total attachments, including videos.

      • The number of comments and replies.

      • Unique visits count (excluding editor visits).

      • Room creator, creation date, and last visit date.

  3. Managing Room Options:

    Click the three dots in the top-right corner of a salesroom entry to access these options:

      • Delete Room: Remove the room from your dashboard.

      • Deactivate Room: Disable access to the room without deleting it.

      • Change Ownership: Transfer room ownership to another user.

      • Rename Room: Update the room’s name.

      • Update Deal Status: Adjust the deal’s progress.

      • Add Tags: Assign new tags for easier sorting.

      • Duplicate Room: Create a copy of the room for reuse.
